一、问题的提出在我国,升学压力,社会竞争的加剧,都会对小学教师的心理健康产生影响。本文通过对吉林市船营区四所小学教师的心理压力状况调查及其人格特征进行相关研究,其目的在于了解小学教师的心理压力状况,为维护小学教师的心理健康提供一些有价值的信息。 First, the issue raised In our country, the pressure of higher education, social competition intensified, will have an impact on the mental health of primary school teachers. Based on the investigation of psychological stress and personality traits of four elementary school teachers in Shipyard District of Jilin City, this paper aims to understand the psychological pressure of primary school teachers and provide some valuable information for the maintenance of primary school teachers’ mental health.
