模拟含硫原油加工过程中生成的具有高自燃性的腐蚀产物,利用Fe_2O_3与H_2S反应制备硫铁化合物,将硫化反应产物分为两部分,一部分保存在乙醇中,一部分暴露于空气中。用XPS研究硫化产物及其氧化产物中S和Fe的存在形态。结果表明,硫化产物中S主要存在形式是FeS_2;氧化产物中S主要存在形式是硫酸盐,少部分FeS、单质硫及FeSx。硫化产物和氧化产物中Fe的主要存在形式都是Fe_2O_3和FeS_2。
The corrosion products with high self-ignitability generated during the processing of sulfur-bearing crude oil were simulated. The iron-sulfur compounds were prepared by reacting Fe_2O_3 with H_2S. The sulfurized reaction product was divided into two parts, one part was stored in ethanol and the other part was exposed to the air. The existence of S and Fe in the sulfurized products and their oxidation products was studied by XPS. The results show that the main form of S in the sulfide product is FeS2. The main existing forms of S in the product are sulfate, a small amount of FeS, elemental sulfur and FeSx. The main existing forms of Fe in the sulfurized products and the oxidized products are Fe 2 O 3 and FeS 2.
