文章以“重庆建筑高级技工学校”建筑施工专业毕业生为例,通过作者五年的教学实践和长期的市场调查,运用“市场营销”相关理论,分析我国当前高校和中职学校毕业生就业形势,结合重庆发展形势以及建筑业特点,根据建筑施工毕业生的实际情况,制作学生自我营销策划书,帮助学生准确分析自身优劣,扬长避短,全面掌握就业市场的需求,在求职过程中充分展示自我风采,顺利实现人生角色的转换。
