因服务区不担负高速公路的主体功能,从而在业务运营过程中也逐渐暴露出一些问题。微观经济学强调资源配置效率,将这一思路具体到经济学分析中,可得到两点结论:形成员工的自觉服务意识,以及服务意识驱动下绩效提升。围绕着这两个结论,需要在突破传统组织管理的格局、增强服务区组织文化建设,以及强化针对员工的岗位培训等三个方面下功夫。
Due to the service area is not responsible for the main functions of the highway, thus gradually exposed some problems in the course of business operations. Microeconomics emphasizes the efficiency of resource allocation, this idea specific to the economic analysis, we can get two conclusions: the formation of awareness of employee awareness of service and service performance-driven promotion. Around these two conclusions, we need to make efforts to break through the traditional pattern of organization and management, enhance the organizational culture in the service area, and strengthen job training for employees.
