目的 :麻黄是小青龙片中的君药 ,为确保本药品的质量 ,建立了麻黄中两个活性成分 :麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的定量分析方法。方法 :采用HPCE测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。测定波长为 192nm ,最佳电泳条件为 5 0mmol/L硼酸缓冲液 ,pH =9.3 ;电压为 2 0kV、温度为 2 5°C、毛细管为 5 6cm× 5 0 μm。 结果 :麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱为基线分离 ;平均回收率分别为 96.2 2 % - 93 .60 % ;回归方程分别为Y =64 .2X +3 .92 ,Y =4 2 .99X +2 .4 6。结论 :此法简捷、快速、灵敏
Objective : Ephedra is a royal drug in Xiaoqinglong Tablets. To ensure the quality of the drug, a quantitative analysis method was established for the two active ingredients in Ephedra: ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. Methods: HPCE was used to determine the content of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. The measurement wavelength was 192 nm. The optimal electrophoresis conditions were 50 mmol/L borate buffer, pH = 9.3; the voltage was 20 kV, the temperature was 25 °C, and the capillary was 56 cm x 50 μm. Results: Ephedrine and pseudoephedrine were separated by baseline. The average recoveries were 96.2 2% - 93.60 %, respectively. The regression equations were Y = 64 .2X +3.92, Y = 4 2 .99X +2 .46, respectively. Conclusion :This method is simple, fast, and sensitive
