我院 198 8～ 1998年对 6 0例原发性肺癌行外科治疗 ,其中 期肺癌 32例 (5 3.3% ) ,通过肺叶或全肺切除等方法治疗 ,现报告如下。1 一般资料本组男性 31例 ,女性 1例 ;年龄 37～ 6 5岁 ,平均 5 4岁。 A期 2 8例 , B期 4例。鳞癌 2 1例 ,腺癌 10例 ,小细胞癌1例。所有病例术前
In our hospital from 1998 to 1998, 60 cases of primary lung cancer were treated surgically, 32 cases (5 3.3%) of them were lung cancers, and they were treated by lung lobe or pneumonectomy. The report is as follows. 1 General information The group of 31 males and 1 female; aged 37 to 65 years old, an average of 5 4 years old. There were 28 cases in A stage and 4 cases in B stage. There were 21 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 1 case of small cell carcinoma. All cases before surgery
