采用模型化合物,对不同温度及时间下树脂向上浆剂中的扩散过程进行宏观说明。这个方法帮助人们的认识由抽象向具体转化,解决了现有方法对树脂向上浆剂层扩散的研究很难进行的问题。通过对树脂与碳纤维之间的扩散研究方法的初步探索,发现EDX测试为研究界面扩散情况的一种有力手段,由EDX测试结果发现,溴代环氧树脂在界面层发生了扩散。
Using model compounds, macroscopic explanations of the diffusion process of resin into sizing agent under different temperature and time are given. This method helps people’s understanding from abstract to concrete transformation, and solves the problem that the existing methods are difficult to study the resin diffusion to the upper layer. Through the preliminary exploration of the diffusion research method between resin and carbon fiber, EDX test was found to be a powerful means to study the interface diffusion. The EDX test results showed that brominated epoxy resin diffused in the interface layer.
