人力资源管理的其中一要旨即是善用人、用对人,才能达到管理之效用,为企业的长远和稳定发展奠定良好的基础。这不仅在现代企业制度中有体现,在古代君主制中也能找到印证。封建帝王几千年的治国长史,仍闪耀着光芒。本文主要从封建帝王知人,识人,用人的视角,简要描述前人的智慧结晶,达到知史明智的目的,总结、批判、继承和发展这些思想与经验,对做好现代人力资源的开发与管理工作具有重要价值。
