P38MAPK信号转导通路属于MAPK信号通路之一,是真核细胞将细胞外刺激信号转导到细胞内并引起一系列反应(包括炎症反应、细胞生长分化和凋亡及肿瘤发生等)的一条重要信号通路。本文着重介绍该信号传导通路的生物学机制及在炎症、心血管疾病、糖尿病相关疾病、肿瘤等中的相关生物学效应,并探讨可能存在的一些问题及发展趋势。
The P38MAPK signal transduction pathway belongs to one of the MAPK signaling pathways and is an important factor for eukaryotic cells to transduce extracellular stimulatory signals into cells and cause a series of responses including inflammatory reaction, cell growth and differentiation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis signal path. This article focuses on the biological mechanism of the signaling pathway and the related biological effects in inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes-related diseases, tumors and so on, and discusses some possible problems and trends.
