In December 1999, Bezos, the founder of the Amazon online bookstore, was named “Cover of the Year” by the “Time” magazine of the United States for “revolutionary changes to the traditional shopping methods of global consumers”. Bezos and the e-commerce empire he created became the undisputed leader in the e-commerce era. Amazon’s development has surprised every general manager of a traditional industry: In just four years, Amazon Bookstore has grown from a small website to today’s market value of US$30 billion, far beyond the US’s 100-year history and owning 1,000 respectively. Of the 30,000 employees in the two largest bookstores in the chain, Amazon has only 2,100 employees. It is these people who have caused Amazon to increase its turnover by billions of dollars a year. Although people currently have a few words about Amazon’s profit, investors’ confidence is somewhat fluctuating, but this does not prevent us from admiring his view of talent: bold and fresh. Different people from non-believers seek out Amazon’s peculiarities in seeking talent.
