西部某油田原油管道输送系统,原油凝点较高,管道输量近年来逐步下降,为保证管道在低输量条件下安全运行,提出了添加降凝剂综合处理的输送工艺,对几种降凝剂进行了室内筛选和评价,结果表明:筛选出的降凝剂的最佳加剂量为100ppm、最佳热处理温度为55℃,此时原油凝点从13℃降至2℃,降凝幅度为11℃;现场条件对所选降凝剂的使用效果影响较小。应用PIPEPHASE软件的模拟计算结果表明:在输送过程中加入降凝剂后,BK原油管道最低输量低至59m3/h,原油进站最低温度要求减小至5℃,原油管道不易发生凝管的危险,解决了原油管道低输量问题。
In the west of a crude oil pipeline transportation system, the crude oil has a high pour point and the pipeline transportation has been gradually decreased in recent years. To ensure the safe operation of the pipeline under the conditions of low input, a new conveying technology with integrated treatment of pour point depressant is proposed. Coagulant indoor screening and evaluation results show that: the optimal dosage of the selected pour point depressant is 100ppm, the optimal heat treatment temperature is 55 ℃, the crude oil freezing point from 13 ℃ to 2 ℃, the pour point range 11 ℃; field conditions on the use of the selected effect of the pour point depressant effect less. The results of simulation using PIPEPHASE software show that after the pour point depressant is added, the minimum output of BK crude oil pipeline is as low as 59m3 / h, the minimum temperature of crude oil pilling is reduced to 5 ℃, and the crude oil pipeline is not prone to coagulation Dangerous, solve the problem of low volume of crude oil pipelines.
