目的:研究分析血管扩张型骨肉瘤的临床影像以及病理。方法:采取回顾性分析法,选择通过病理证实的20例血管扩张型骨肉瘤患者作为研究对象,收集整理患者临床资料,全部患者均实施X线平片检查和MRI检查,4例患者同时实施CT检查,结合相关文献报道总结分析血管扩张型骨肉瘤的临床影像和病理。结果:经检查,20例患者X线平片与4例实施CT检查患者,影像图像表现主要为溶骨性骨折破坏,其中有6例患者合并骨体轻度膨胀,均存在大小不等软组织肿块与Codman三角,同时骨破坏区多数边缘不清,没有硬化边,肿块内没有显著肿瘤性成骨。经MRI检查,20例患者肿瘤多数或者完全由多发囊腔构成,存在骨膜反应,有16例患者囊腔内存在小液-液平面,该平面少且散在。在病理学上,全部患者均存在类似于动脉瘤样骨囊肿血腔结构,囊间隔或者囊壁可见肿瘤性成骨组织或者肿瘤细胞。结论:通过本次研究结果的分析可知,血管扩张型骨肉瘤影像和动脉瘤样骨囊肿表现、一般恶性骨肿瘤生长特点相类似;病理学表现为血腔结构、囊壁或者囊间隔内恶性肿瘤细胞,在临床检查诊断中,和临床影像、病理相结合,可获得更为准确且合理的诊断结果。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical imaging and pathology of vasodilation osteosarcoma. Methods: Twenty patients with vasodilatory osteosarcoma confirmed by pathology were selected as research objects. The clinical data of patients were collected and analyzed. After MRI examination, most of the tumors in 20 patients were composed entirely of multiple cysts and there was a periosteal reaction. There were 16 small liquid-liquid planes in the cysts of the patients, which were small and scattered. Pathologically, all patients had blood-vessel structures similar to those of aneurysmal bone cysts with tumorous osteoblastic or tumor cells visible at the cystic or cystic wall. Conclusion: Through the analysis of the results of this study shows that the imaging of vasodilatory osteosarcoma and aneurysmal bone cysts, the general characteristics of the growth of malignant bone tumors are similar; pathological manifestations of blood vessels, cysts or intracapsular malignant tumors Cells in clinical examination and diagnosis, and clinical imaging, pathology combined to obtain more accurate and reasonable diagnosis.
