采用CFX软件对我国广泛采用的皮江法镁还原炉内还原罐的热过程进行数学建模和仿真计算,得出其温度随加热过程的进行而变化的规律;根据热工原理指出了皮江法炼镁工艺的改进方向。研究表明:制约镁还原反应速率的主要瓶颈是还原罐的传热问题。
