在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上研究了实际热镦生产中变形温度、变形量对热镦GCr15钢流变应力和晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,GCr15钢温成形的峰值应力随变形温度的升高而降低;变形温度相同时,应变量越大,平均晶粒尺寸越小;应变量一定时,变形温度越高,基体的再结晶程度增加,平均晶粒直径减小;当应变量为50%时,晶粒尺寸随温度的变化不明显;从晶粒尺寸的均匀性来说,小应变量变形时,应选择较高的变形温度,而当应变量较大时,则选择较低的变形温度。
The effect of deformation temperature and deformation on the flow stress and grain size of hot-forged GCr15 steel was investigated on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The results show that the peak stress of steel GCr15 decreases with the increase of deformation temperature.
