The absolute measurement of the spectral brightness of electromagnetic radiation proposed in [1] is based on the quantum properties of the three-photon scattering in the asymmetric center media (parametric scattering method). In benchmarking, no parametric scattering is required. The electromagnetic undulation is the radiometric reference point. The first time these methods were implemented, the crystal converter did not consider the measured radiation and the electromagnetic vacuum zero
