1 病例报告靳某某 ,女 ,33岁。因尿频 ,尿急 ,尿痛、腰酸痛十余年 ,近日加重。口服麦迪霉素及新诺明不见好转。即往该患上述症状反复发作 ,多次诊断为肾盂肾炎 ,门诊以肾盂肾炎拟送Ｂ超室检查。体检 :一般情况Ｔ36℃。Ｐ60次 /ｍｉｎ ,ＢＰ16/ 12ＫＰａ ,双侧肾区有压痛未触及
