目的:研究分析人工流产出现吸宫不全的原因以及处理方式。方法:对我院接收的43例吸宫不全患者进行回顾性分析。结果:子宫过度屈曲、子宫畸形、稽留流产、剖宫产后等高危因素占83.72%,全部患者经清宫后治愈。结论:人工流产手术要加强操作人员的责任心,提升操作技巧和水平,把握好洗净标志,以避免患者出现吸宫不全的情况。 Objective: To study and analyze the causes of abortion as well as its treatment methods. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 43 cases of incomplete aspiration in our hospital. Results: Excessive uterine flexion, uterine malformation, missed abortion, cesarean section and other risk factors accounted for 83.72%, all patients were cured after the curettage. Conclusion: Induced abortion should strengthen the operator’s sense of responsibility, improve the skills and level of operation, and take a good wash of the sign so as to prevent the patient from having incomplete suction.
