【目的】评价城乡科学喂养知识培训的效果,为中山市进一步普及儿童健康教育知识提供依据。【方法】采用自行设计的调查问卷,对中山市1 132名前来参加培训的婴儿家长进行培训前后的问卷调查。【结果】1)培训前平均喂养知识知晓率57.78%,培训后提高到91.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);2)培训前大学组分别比中学、小学组得分高,培训后大学组只比中学组得分高,有统计学差异;其余各组间无统计学差异;3)培训前城区组比镇区、农村组得分高,镇区组比农村组得分高,有统计学差异;培训后城区组仍比镇区、农村组得分高,农村比镇区组得分高,有统计学差异。【结论】大型育儿讲座对不同学历、不同地区的抚养人都是非常有效的健康教育形式,尤其是小学文化程度和农村的抚养人。
【Objective】 To evaluate the effect of scientific feeding knowledge training in urban and rural areas and provide basis for further popularizing knowledge of children’s health education in Zhongshan City. 【Method】 A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the questionnaire before and after the training of 1,132 infants parents in Zhongshan City. 【Results】 1) Before training, the average awareness rate of feeding knowledge was 57.78%, after training, it was increased to 91.59%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.0001); 2) Before the training, the university group had higher score than the middle school and primary school group, The score in the university group is only higher than that in the middle school, with statistical difference; the other groups have no statistical difference; 3) Before the training, the urban area group has higher score than the rural area group and rural area group, Differences; after training, the urban district group is still higher than the town area and the rural area group, and the score in the rural area is higher than that in the town area group, with statistical differences. 【Conclusion】 Large-scale parenting lectures are very effective forms of health education for dependents in different academic qualifications and different regions, especially in primary education and rural dependents.
