“小”垫子 “大”用途——例谈如何提高《跨越式跳高》一课的练习密度

目前,部分学校的体育器材不足,在一定程度上影响了正常教学的开展,要改变这一现状,就要开发现有体育器材的多元价值,实现一物多用。笔者观摩安徽省淮北市小学体育优质课比赛——跨越式跳高,发现张甜甜老师很好地利用了小小的体操垫,有效地提高了课堂教学的练习密度。一、一人一垫在课的导入部分,教师利用小体操垫进行了“画彩虹”的坐姿练习(坐在小体操垫上进行两腿依次摆动练习)、站姿练 At present, the insufficient physical education equipment in some schools has affected the normal teaching to a certain extent.
