发动机是内燃叉车振动噪声的根源,车辆发动机悬置系统主要采用橡胶隔振垫进行振动隔离,隔振垫的振动传递特性直接影响车辆乘坐的舒适性,因此对隔振垫的振动传递特性进行研究具有重要意义。以橡胶隔振垫为研究对象,主要研究它在上下垂直方向的振动问题。首先通过理论分析得出振动传递率既为转速的函数又为频率的函数,然后通过振动测试试验对整车上进口隔振垫和国产隔振垫的隔振性能分别进行测量,并对比分析了对应不同转速和不同频率时两款隔振垫的隔振效果的差别,并对试验中发现的试验现象进行了分析,最后得到国产隔振垫经改进后可替代进口隔振垫的可行性结论。
