[目的]改进门诊病人多、流量大、秩序繁乱、管理困难这一长期存在的问题[方法]门诊部在诊室、抽血室、注射室应用了电子排队系统。[结果]应用电子排队系统后改善了病人的就诊秩序,也使等候抽血、注射的病人能“心中有数”,安定情绪从而提升了医院门诊的服务管理。[结论]电子排队系统提高了门诊工作效率和服务质量。
[Objective] To improve the long-standing problems of multiple outpatients, high flow, disorderly order, and management difficulties. [Methods] The outpatient department applied an electronic queuing system in the consulting room, blood sampling room, and injection room. [Results] After the application of the electronic queuing system, the patient’s order of visit was improved, and patients who waited for blood draws and injections were able to “stand on their minds”. The emotional stability improved the hospital’s outpatient service management. [Conclusions] The electronic queuing system has improved the efficiency of outpatient service and service quality.
