随着我国经济的飞速发展,人力资源管理工作的重要性在各行各业中越来越突出,政府行政部门也不例外。人力资源是行政部门发展的动力,政府的一切活动都离不开人力资源的支持。然而,我国政府行政部门对人力资源的管理不够优化,使政府人员的办事效率不高。基于这种现状,本文旨在研究政府行政部门做好人力资源管理工作的一些要点。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the importance of human resources management has become increasingly prominent in all walks of life and the government administration is no exception. Human resources are the driving force for the development of the administrative department. All government activities are inseparable from the support of human resources. However, the management of human resources in our government administration department is not optimized enough so that the efficiency of government personnel is not high. Based on this status quo, this paper aims to study some key points that government administrative departments should do well in human resources management.
