渔业的产出和水产品质量高度依赖产地水环境的地理特征和状况。然而,中国渔业水域生态环境的问题仍十分严峻。重金属、持久性有机污染物、农药、生物毒素、环境病原体及养殖水域富营养化因子可能是威胁水产品产地环境安全的主要因素。为更有效地保护中国渔业资源的产出潜力、品质特征和利用的可持续性,渔业产地环境安全问题需要得到高度重视。同时,借鉴一些较新的理念,相关的渔业最基本的生境、产地环境要素以及环境水质基准等基础研究也需要尽快得到开展和推进。
Fishery output and quality of aquatic products are highly dependent on the geographical characteristics and conditions of the water environment in the producing areas. However, the ecological environment in China’s fishery is still very serious. Heavy metals, persistent organic pollutants, pesticides, biotoxins, environmental pathogens and aquaculture water eutrophication factors may be the main factors threatening the environmental safety of aquatic products origin. In order to more effectively protect the output potential, quality characteristics and sustainability of fishery resources in China, the issue of environmental safety in fishery producing areas needs to be given high priority. At the same time, drawing on some newer concepts, the basic research on the most basic habitats of fisheries, environmental factors of origin and environmental water quality standards needs to be carried out and promoted as soon as possible.
