利用Pro/E三维绘图软件,将影响转炉倾动力矩的主要部件(包括炉液)绘制成三维图形,并将选定的耳轴轴线与炉壳中心线交点位置作为组件坐标系原点位置,按照方便计算的原则选定坐标系,再利用三维软件的强大计算功能提取所需的力学性能参数如质量、重心坐标、转动惯量等,将所有旋转角度下的参数导入到Excel表格中,进行坐标系转换和坐标系旋转的计算,最终计算出不同条件下的倾动力矩值,利用Ex-cel图表功能快速、方便地获得转炉倾动力矩曲线。文中结合实例进行了过程演示和结果对比,将过去只能由专业计算人员来完成的复杂计算工作变成普通设计人员都能做到的事情。
