压力容器是化工生产的基础设备,根据操作工艺的不同,有内压容器和外压容器之分。对于外压容器的机械设计,在工程上是以临界压力(P_(cr))的数学模型和金属材料的应力-应变(σ-ε)特征曲线结合的图算法完成。要求工艺参数准确,应用公式多。繁杂的试算过程增加了计算工作量。本文以真空操作塔为例,辅助计算机程序以完成外压容器的机械设计。
Pressure vessel is the basic equipment for chemical production, according to the different operating processes, internal pressure vessels and external pressure vessel points. Mechanical design of external pressure vessels is done in engineering with a graph algorithm combining the mathematical model of critical pressure (P_ (cr)) and the stress-strain (σ-ε) characteristic of metallic materials. Require accurate process parameters, application formula. Complicated trial process adds computational workload. In this paper, a vacuum operation tower is taken as an example to assist the computer program to complete the mechanical design of the external pressure vessel.
