在满足抽油机工作能力条件下, 以耗材最少为目标, 对游梁进行优化设计是降低抽油机成本的一个重要方面。以CYJY10 —3 —53B型游梁抽油机为例, 在游梁杆件长度已定的条件下,以等截面游梁横截面积为目标函数, 在强度约束条件下, 选取游梁上下板厚度、腹板厚度、截面宽度和截面高度四个独立参数为设计变量, 分别建立了箱形等截面游梁和工字形等截面游梁的优化设计模型。通过优化计算, 确定了箱形等截面游梁和工字形等截面游梁的截面尺寸参数。在同样满足抽油机工作能力条件下, 采用工字形等截面游梁比箱形等截面游梁节省钢材13 % 。
Under the condition of meeting the working ability of the pumping unit, the optimal design of the beam is to reduce the cost of the pumping unit by taking the least consumables as the goal. Taking CYJY10 -3 -53B beam pumping unit as an example, under the condition that the length of the beam is constant, the cross-sectional area of the beam is taken as the objective function. Under the condition of strength constraint, Four independent parameters of thickness, web thickness, cross-section width and cross-section height are design variables. Optimum design models of beam with equal cross-section such as box beam and I-beam are established respectively. Through the optimization calculation, the cross-sectional dimension parameters of box-shaped cross-section beam and I-beam cross-section beam were determined. Under the same conditions to meet the working capacity of the pumping unit, the use of I-beam cross-section beam than the box-shaped cross-section beam to save steel 13%.
