目的探讨并分析西药不良反应的规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供更为科学的理论依据。方法收集我院2012年4月至2013年11月收治的100例由西药引起的药物不良反应患者资料,进行回顾性分析研究。结果通过实例研究发现,在临床中症状为皮疹、红肿、皮肤瘙痒比重超过50.0%;给药途径中最容易引起药物不良反应为静脉注射,比重超过70.0%;在所用的西药种类中,最多的是抗生素,占西药种类29.0%。结论为了提高临床用药的安全性,应加大对药物不良反应相关知识的培训与宣传,加强药物不良反应的监测工作。
Objective To explore and analyze the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions in western medicine and to provide a more scientific basis for clinical drug safety. Methods A total of 100 cases of adverse drug reactions caused by western medicine were collected from April 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital and analyzed retrospectively. The results of case studies found that in the clinical symptoms of rash, swelling, pruritus, the proportion of more than 50.0%; route of administration most likely to cause side effects of adverse drug reactions intravenous injection, the proportion of more than 70.0%; in the types of drugs used, the most Is antibiotics, accounting for 29.0% of the type of western medicine. Conclusion In order to improve the safety of clinical medication, we should increase the training and publicity about the knowledge about adverse drug reactions and strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
