针对当前大多数监测系统采用CAN网络通信而日益暴露出的不足,如多协议CAN设备兼容性差、CAN通信距离及速率受限等,设计了一种嵌入式CAN-Ethernet智能网关,通过移植工业以太网协议,向下兼容多协议的CAN设备网络,向上无缝接入办公以太网,实现实时监测,并创新性地将其集成于采集数据的嵌入式微处理器AT91RM9200中,具有兼容性好、抗干扰能力强、传输速率高和灵活便携等特点,同时大大降低了监测系统的成本。 In view of the increasingly exposed shortcomings of most current monitoring systems using CAN network communication, such as poor compatibility of multi-protocol CAN devices, limited CAN communication distance and speed, an embedded CAN-Ethernet intelligent gateway is designed through the migration of Industrial Ethernet Network protocol, backward compatible with multi-protocol CAN device network, upward seamless access to office Ethernet, real-time monitoring, and innovatively integrated into the data acquisition of the embedded microprocessor AT91RM9200, with good compatibility, resistance Interference ability, high transmission speed and flexible features such as portable, while greatly reducing the cost of monitoring systems.
