在工程建设的设计、施工和管理各阶段中进行测量工作的理论、方法和技术,称之为“工程测量”。工程测量是测绘科学与技术在国民经济和国防建设中的直接应用,是综合性的应用测绘科学与技术。以测绘城市和区域地物、地貌为目的大比例尺地形测量最近若干年来得到了迅猛发展。测绘方式的多样化和集成化、测绘过程的自动化和实时化、测绘成果的数字化和可视化是其最主要的特点。
The theory, method and technology of measuring work in the stages of design, construction and management of engineering construction are called “Engineering Measurement”. Engineering surveying is the direct application of surveying and mapping science and technology in the construction of national economy and national defense and is a comprehensive application of surveying and mapping science and technology. The measurement of large-scale topographic surveys for the purpose of mapping urban and regional features and landform has been rapidly developed in recent years. Diversification and integration of surveying and mapping methods, automatic and real-time surveying and mapping process, digitization and visualization of survey results are the most important features.
