本实用新型设计的气动冲击机构,适用于气镐、气铲、气动捣固机等作业工具,也适用于气动凿岩机、潜孔钻等工程机械。这种冲击机构采用中心供气,改变了从缸壁供气的方式,使缸体加工省时省料。这种冲击机构的中心气管是固定的,它在冲锤尾部构成密封运动副,其优点在于结构简单、可靠性高。这种冲击机构还具有防止冲锤冲程打击缸体和回程打击阀座的措施,避免了由此可能引起的损坏,减小了机体振动。
