在近代英国的劳资政策中,政府的角色经历了从家长制控制到自由放任、再到逐步干预的演变过程。政府角色的演变主要受到近代英国社会主流意识形态的影响,而正是它们成为政府制定劳资政策的指导思想。近代以来,英国社会主流意识形态经历了家长制主义、古典自由主义、新自由主义三个阶段,在其影响之下,英国政府的角色及劳资政策也经历了因时而变的过程。考察作为社会主流意识形态的指导思想的演变,有助于我们从根源上认识近代英国劳资政策的发展与变化。 In modern British labor policy, the government’s role has gone through the evolution from patriarchal control to laissez-faire, and then to step-by-step intervention. The evolution of the government role is mainly influenced by the mainstream ideology of modern British society, and it is precisely these guidelines that have become the government’s guiding principle for formulating labor and capital policies. Since modern times, the mainstream social ideology in Britain has experienced three stages of patriarchalism, classical liberalism and neo-liberalism. Under its influence, the role of the British government and the labor-capital policy have undergone a process of change from time to time. Examining the evolution of the guiding ideology as a mainstream social ideology helps us to understand the development and changes of the labor policy in modern England from the very beginning.
