在高海拔长日低温、低海拔短日高温、低海拔长日高温和人工气候室长光低温条件下,进行了光温敏核不育水稻分离世代的不育株出现频率以及选择实用型不育系的效果和选择方法的研究。结果表明,长日高温条件下不育株的出现频率平均比长日低温条件下的出现频率高2.4倍,从而认为通过长日低温的选择,可淘汰大部份育性转换起点温度高的不育株。在长日低温和短日高温条件下进行一个世代二次选择,可有效地选择实用型的光敏核不育系。通过5年研究建立起来的水稻光温敏核不育系选择程序,实用性和操作性强,对今后的选育工作具有指导性意义。
