住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,师资培训是有效开展住院医师规范化培训的重要前提和根本保障。笔者通过对新疆地区住院医师规范化培训师资培训的做法,介绍了集中理论授课模块、网络自学授课模块、规范教案编写模块、考试考核模块等4个教学模块的培训方式。同时分析了培训过程中发现的问题,从提高各方认识,增强培训动力;严格准入标准,强化培训内容针对性和实用性;完善管理制度,加强组织管理等方面有针对性地提出了一些建议和对策。
Standardized residency training is an important part of post-graduate medical education. Teacher training is an important prerequisite and fundamental guarantee for the effective training of residents in standardized training. Through the training of standardized training of resident physicians in Xinjiang, the author introduces the training methods of four teaching modules: centralized theory teaching module, network self-taught teaching module, standard teaching plan writing module and examination assessment module.
