当前,我国有不少煤矿企业实行的财务管理模式已与企业的现代发展需求不相适应,因此,应细致全面的改革煤矿企业的财务管理体系,从而适应现代企业的实际发展需求。笔者根据自身工作经验,首先对财务成本管理的意义进行了分析,其次,提出了加强煤矿企业财务成本管理的具体途径及措施。 At present, many financial management models practiced by coal mines in our country are incompatible with the needs of modern development of enterprises. Therefore, the financial management system of coal mines should be thoroughly and comprehensively met so as to meet the actual needs of modern enterprises. Based on my own working experience, the author first analyzes the significance of financial cost management, and secondly, it puts forward specific ways and measures to strengthen the financial cost management of coal mine enterprises.
