目的了解脑性瘫痪（Ｃｅｒｅｂｒａｌ Ｐａｌｓｙ，ＣＰ）儿童脑电图纺锤波变化与临床表现关系。方法检查１７９例ＣＰ儿童脑电图并对其中有纺锤波变化者进行分析。结果ＣＰ儿童纺锤波变化中缺失占７２％，且双侧痉挛型纺锤波双侧缺失占８３％。结论儿童纺锤波的变化可作为观察ＣＰ儿童脑器质性损害的指征之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between EEG spindle wave changes and clinical manifestations in children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods One hundred and seventy-nine children with CP were examined with EEG and analyzed for changes in spindles. Results The change of spindle wave in CP children was 72%, and both sides of spastic cord spindles accounted for 83%. Conclusion The changes of spindles in children may be one of the indications for the observation of brain organic damage in children with CP.
