对巴西橡胶树实生苗进行不同磷胁迫水平(P质量浓度分别为31 mg.L-1(CK)、10 mg.L-15、mg.L-11、mg.L-1、0)的水培试验,结果表明:随着营养液磷浓度降低,橡胶树幼苗总生物量和地上生物量下降,株高、主根长降低,抽叶蓬数减少,处理间差异极为显著;低磷胁迫下橡胶树幼苗的根系生物量保持在相对较高的水平;总生物量、株高分别与抽叶蓬数之间存在极显著的正相关;随着营养液磷浓度降低,橡胶树的磷含量也随着降低,其中根、茎下降幅度大于稳定叶、嫩叶,根的磷含量最高;随着营养液磷浓度降低,橡胶树根的活性和硝酸还原酶活性下降,处理间差异极显著。
The effects of different phosphorus stress (P concentration of 31 mg.L-1 (CK), 10 mg.L-15, mg.L-11, mg.L-1, The results showed that the total biomass and aboveground biomass decreased, plant height, main root length decreased, leaf number decreased, and the difference among treatments was significant with the decrease of phosphorus concentration in nutrient solution. The root biomass maintained a relatively high level. There was a significant positive correlation between the total biomass and plant height and the leaf number of Phyllanthus embossedata respectively. With the decrease of phosphorus concentration in the nutrient solution, Roots and stems decreased more than the stable leaves, leaves and roots with the highest phosphorus content. With the decrease of phosphorus concentration in the nutrient solution, the activity of the roots and the nitrate reductase activity decreased, and the differences among the treatments were extremely significant.
