通过对TC4钛合金进行圆环墩粗实验和高温变形的有限元数值模拟,推导出钛合金高温变形过程中的摩擦因数。结果表明,玻璃润滑和干摩擦两种条件下,TC4钛合金在940℃变形时的摩擦因数分别为0.42和0.59。
The friction coefficient of titanium alloy during high temperature deformation was deduced by finite element numerical simulation of ring pier rough test and high temperature deformation of TC4 titanium alloy. The results show that the friction coefficients of TC4 titanium alloy at 940 ℃ are 0.42 and 0.59 respectively under both glass lubrication and dry friction conditions.
