目的病案复印服务存在需要往返多次、等待耗时长、患者满意度低等问题。微信的广泛应用为医院信息化建设转向以患者为中心的院后服务延伸提供了可能。方法将病案复印流程分为申请提交、申请审核、复印装订及交付快递4个步骤,基于微信公众平台设计研发病案复印预约服务系统(含微信端及PC端应用),包括在线预约、身份信息审核、复印进度状态反馈以及邮寄服务等。结果系统受到患者极大欢迎,病案复印工作效率得到有效提升。系统上线以来,线上预约量达28.6%,人均处理病案数量由17.5份/日提升至23.3份/日,预约服务的患者满意度为100%。与传统方式相比,病案复印工作患者满意度由92.3%提升至99.6%。结论病案复印预约服务系统提供了一种便捷、高效的病案复印管理,有效提升了患者满意度。

The widespread application of WeChat has provided the possibility for the hospital informatization construction to turn to the patient-centered extension of hospital services. Methods The medical record copying process was divided into four steps: application filing, application review, copy binding and delivery and delivery. We designed and developed a medical record reservation service system (including WeChat and PC application) based on WeChat public platform, including online booking, identity verification , Copy progress status feedback and mailing services. As a result, the system was greatly welcomed by patients and the efficiency of medical record copying was effectively improved. Since the system was online, the online reservation volume reached 28.6%, the number of medical records per capita increased from 17.5 to 23.3 / day, and the patient satisfaction rate for appointment service was 100%. Compared with the traditional way, patient satisfaction of medical record copying increased from 92.3% to 99.6%. Conclusion The medical record reservation service system provides a convenient and efficient medical record management and effectively improves patient satisfaction.
