通过文献资料和卡氏16PF人格测试量表,对湖南省普通高校体育教育专业学生人格发展特点和培养对策进行分析,结果表明湖南省普通高校体育教育专业学生人格发展具有鲜明群体性和专业特征,指标得分波动性较大,两极分化明显;男女及不同年级学生在人格修养的发展上存在着不同程度的差异,体育教育专业男女生人格修养差异与普通男女人格发展的总体趋势一致,高年级比低年级学生在人格修养上更趋于完善。
Based on the literature and the 16PF personality test scale, this paper analyzes the characteristics of personality development and training strategies of physical education majors in Hunan colleges and universities. The results show that the development of personality traits of PE majors in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province has distinctive group characteristics and professional characteristics, The scores of indicators are more volatile and the polarization is obvious. There are differences in the development of personality traits among men and women and students of different grades. The difference of personality cultivation between male and female students in PE major is in line with the general trend of personality development of ordinary men and women. Junior students tend to perfect their personality training.
