随着国内经济社会的持续发展和进步,人们对旅游的需求不断增加,旅游的范围不断拓展、频率不断增加。在旅游行业中餐饮是开发旅游类产品的一个重要的组成内容。旅游餐饮的企业,所供应的产品既包括中式西式的餐饮,更包括服务。而餐饮服务的质量体现着餐饮企业的基础管理水平,是旅游行业的一个关键性的环节之一,与餐饮企业的生存与发展直接相关,同时也影响着地方旅游行业的整体形象。本文简要介绍了旅游餐饮的服务管理主要内容及加强服务管理工作的意义,深入分析了当前旅游餐饮行业的服务管理工作存在的主要问题,研究提出了旅游餐饮行业加强服务管理的对策建议。
With the continuous development and progress of the domestic economy and society, people’s demand for tourism is constantly increasing, the scope of tourism is constantly expanding, and the frequency is constantly increasing. In the tourism industry, catering is an important part of the development of tourism products. Tourism catering enterprises, the supply of products include both Chinese Western-style catering, but also services. The quality of catering services reflects the basic management level of catering enterprises. It is one of the key links in the tourism industry. It is directly related to the survival and development of catering enterprises and affects the overall image of local tourism industry. This article briefly introduces the main content of service management of tourism catering and the significance of strengthening service management, analyzes the main problems existing in the service management of tourism catering industry at present, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen service management in tourism catering industry.
