本文主要从提高我国城市土地利用效率和增强城市房地产融资的角度来探讨加快我国房地产业证券化步伐的必要性,然后根据我国在证券化过程中可能存在的问题提出了相应的对策,指出我国实行房地产证券化的主体已经具备,论证了我国加快房地产证券化的可行性。
This paper mainly discusses the necessity of accelerating the pace of real estate securitization in our country from the perspective of improving the urban land use efficiency and enhancing the real estate financing in our country.
