即兴能力正成为管理领域的一个新兴研究方向,以往关于即兴能力与创新绩效的研究侧重于个人和组织层次。通过理论研究,从团队层次探讨了即兴能力对创新绩效的关系,认为团队即兴能力与团队创新绩效具有正相关性,其中团队即兴能力的自发性与团队创新绩效呈正相关,团队即兴能力的创造性与团队创新绩效呈正相关。研究结果为团队即兴能力理论和管理实践提供了新的思路。
Impromptu ability is becoming a new research direction in the field of management. Previous research on improvisation ability and innovation performance focused on individual and organizational level. Through theoretical research, the relationship between improvisation ability and innovation performance is explored from the team level. The improvisational ability of team is positively correlated with team innovation performance. The spontaneity of improvisation ability of team is positively correlated with team innovation performance. The team creative ability of improvisation ability and Team innovation performance is positively correlated. The results provide a new idea for the team improvisational ability theory and management practice.
