对比了奥氏体不锈钢钢板在ASTM A262、NB/T 20004和GB/T 4334三个晶间腐蚀试验标准中硫酸-硫酸铜法的要求差异,并从试样制备、敏化热处理制度、腐蚀试验和腐蚀结果评定四个方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:这三个标准间均存在明显差异,之间没有存在必然的代替性。因此不同材料体系中的奥氏体不锈钢钢板在进行晶间腐蚀试验时应按照相应的标准进行。 The differences of the requirements of the sulfuric acid-copper sulfate method in the three intergranular corrosion test standards of ASTM A262, NB / T 20004 and GB / T 4334 were compared between austenitic stainless steel plates and from the aspects of sample preparation, sensitization heat treatment system, corrosion test And corrosion results were evaluated four aspects of comparative analysis. The results show that there are obvious differences among the three standards, and there is no necessary substitution between them. Therefore, different materials in austenitic stainless steel plate in the intergranular corrosion test should be carried out in accordance with the appropriate standards.
