“热锻造+机加工”是螺旋伞齿轮制造的一种有效方式,热锻件质量的好坏决定了最终产品的性能。通过运用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对螺旋伞齿轮从动轮毛坯的热锻造过程进行数值模拟,研究了锻造过程中金属流动规律。结果显示,金属在阶梯处流动困难,导致锻件阶梯处的应力应变大,温度高。通过对模具参数进行改进,可以改善金属的流动情况。同时,研究了锻造能耗与始锻温度之间的关系。结果表明,在不同始锻温度下,锻造能耗相差不大。锻造过程数值模拟可为模具参数和锻造工艺参数的改进提供参考。
“Hot Forging + Machining ” is an effective way to manufacture spiral bevel gears, the quality of the hot forgings determines the performance of the final product. By using the finite element analysis software Deform-3D, the hot forging process of the helical bevel gear driven wheel blank is numerically simulated, and the law of metal flow during the forging process is studied. The results show that the flow of metal in the ladder difficult, leading to the forgings of the stress and strain at the stairs, high temperature. By improving the mold parameters, can improve the metal flow. At the same time, the relationship between forging energy consumption and initial forging temperature was studied. The results show that, at different initial forging temperatures, forging energy consumption or less. Forging process numerical simulation can provide reference for the improvement of mold parameters and forging process parameters.
