假人颈部标定试验台设计与验证

根据假人颈部标定试验法规要求,利用三维参数化特征建模技术创建了标准的英制摆臂模型。基于摆臂三维模型通过衍生技术创建其各组成零件,在保证法规要求的前提下通过调整英制摆臂模型参数进行公制转换,其零件在衍生参数关联的机制下自动更新。利用运动仿真确定了摆臂牵引系统的合理位置,并完成了试验台整机数字样机虚拟装配。基于三维模型关联生成二维图纸,加工制造了试验台设备。经实际标定试验验证,试验台各项性能指标全部达到设计要求,完全满足法规试验规定。 According to the regulations of dummy neck calibration test, a standard British model of swing arm was created by using three-dimensional parametric feature modeling technology. Based on the three-dimensional model of the swing arm, the components of the swing arm are created through derivative technology. The components of the system are automatically converted by adjusting the parameters of the British swinging arm model under the premise of ensuring regulatory requirements. The parts are automatically updated under the mechanism of derivative parameters. The use of motion simulation to determine the reasonable position of the swing arm traction system, and completed the virtual test bench machine digital prototype assembly. Based on the three-dimensional model to generate two-dimensional drawings, processing and manufacturing of test rig equipment. The actual calibration test verified that all the performance indicators of the test bench to meet the design requirements, fully meet the regulations test regulations.
