针对铝合金压铸模具寿命低,压铸工艺参数设定不合理等因素,对铝合金压铸模具的温度场进行了数值模拟,得出了压铸周期中模具表面的温度变化情况;以温度场结果为热载荷,模拟了压铸过程中模具表面的热应力及应变的变化情况,提出了最佳的压铸工艺参数,并采用局部应变法预测了压铸模具的寿命。
Aiming at the low life of aluminum alloy die-casting mold and the unreasonable setting of die-casting process parameters, the temperature field of aluminum alloy die-casting mold was numerically simulated and the temperature change of die surface was obtained during die-casting cycle. Load, the simulation of the mold surface during die-casting thermal stress and strain changes, put forward the best die-casting process parameters, and the local strain method to predict the life of die-casting mold.
