目的:优选萸丹胶囊的水提工艺。方法:以马钱苷、丹酚酸B、绿原酸的综合保留率为评价指标,单因素试验考察提取次数;选取加水量、浸泡时间及煎煮时间为考察因素,采用正交试验设计优选萸丹胶囊的水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水浸泡0.5 h,煎煮1 h,过滤,滤渣加6倍量水煎煮1 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定、合理,可为萸丹胶囊的生产提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of corundum capsule. Methods: Taking the comprehensive retention rates of loganin, salvianolic acid B and chlorogenic acid as evaluation indexes, the single factor test was used to investigate the extraction times. The amount of water added, soaking time and boiling time were selected as the investigation factors. Water extract of corundum capsule. Results: The best extraction process for 8 times the amount of water soaked 0.5 h, boiling 1 h, filtered, the residue and 6 times the amount of boiling water 1 h. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and reasonable, which can provide experimental evidence for the production of corundum capsules.
