本文以广东省34地区稻农为研究对象,通过分析农户污染防控支付行为,运用Tobit模型建立了水稻种植户的防控支付行为分析模型,进而在排除0值抗议支付值以后进行了实证分析。结论表明,广东省稻农对农业面源污染的防控支付水平普遍较低,平均最高支付金额为6.17元/(季·亩)。最后从水稻生产、稻农个人与家庭、稻农环境认知、稻农心理态度及社会环境等方面给出了提升稻农支付行为的政策建议。
In this paper, rice farmers in 34 areas of Guangdong Province as the research object, by analyzing the pollution prevention and control of farmers behavior, using Tobit model to establish rice farmers’ prevention and control payment behavior analysis model, and then exclude the value of 0 after the demonstration of protest . The conclusion shows that the rice farmers in Guangdong Province have generally lower levels of prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution, with the average maximum payment amount being 6.17 yuan / (quarter · mu). Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the payment behavior of rice farmers in terms of rice production, individual and family of rice farmers, environmental awareness of rice farmers, psychological attitude of rice farmers and social environment.
