比较两种前处理方法对测定保健食品中钙含量影响,为钙的测定提供一种方便、稳定、准确的方法。对微波消解-原子吸收法进行方法学验证,并比较湿法消解和微波消解对样品中钙含量的影响。钙在0~4 mg/L范围内质量浓度与其吸收度呈良好的线性关系。重复性和稳定性试验的RSD分别为2.601%和2.603%;平均回收率为95.29%,RSD为1.144%。湿法消解测定3种样品的含量分别为:4.87,6.46和6.21 g/100 g;微波消解测定3种样品的含量分别为:5.50,14.59和7.80 g/100 g。微波消解优于湿法消解,微波消解-原子吸收法测定值与理论值更接近,可以作为测定钙含量的方法。
Comparing the effects of two pretreatment methods on the determination of calcium in health food, it provides a convenient, stable and accurate method for the determination of calcium.
