对管理成果的评价

管理现代化属于软科学,其成果是指在决策、计划、组织、指挥和控制等方面由改革、创新所形成的管理软件。由于管理本身内涵的复杂性、多样性、广泛性和潜在性,因此,管理成果的效益具有条件性、交叉性、相对性和综合性,这就使管理现代化成果经济效益的评价具有较高的难度。我们认为,对于管理成果可以采取分类评价。第一类,属于专业性的管理方法。其特征是具有数量化。因此,可以直接计算经济效益。属于这一类的方法有:网络计划技术,正交试验法、价值工程、ABC分析法、经济批量法、线性规划、投入产 Management modernization belongs to soft science, and its results refer to management software formed by reforms and innovations in decision-making, planning, organization, command, and control.
